I'm upgrading my current PC. Mainly because I have the money now, and may not later. And I'm doing a lot of the converting DVD's to DivX and other video converisons, and the A64 3800+ is kind of disappointing compared to my old P4 3.2 Northwood. Below is the parts I'm upgrading to, and my current system for comparison. I'm also getting Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 as my OS. Let me know what you think.

For memory I would suggest higher bandwith chips. I just bought a 2GB set of THESE and they simply rock!

Looks like I'm going to change my motherboard selection. I can't find the the A8N32-SLi Deluxe for a reasonalbe price. I think the A8N-SLi Premium will suit my needs.
