Upgrading Laptop, Have questions! Please help!

I have a laptop that has the MMC-2 Cpu(Celeron) Module in it. and I want to upgrade this laptop to the MAX. My question is:"If I get a MMC-2 Cpu(PIII) will it work in my machine?!" I don't know for sure but I think it has the 440BX chipset in it! Thanks in Advance Dion Unroe.
 
if it has a 440bx, 440zx or 440mx you should probably be able to take it up to p3-850 . some have 440mx-66 though in which case you couldnt
