Upgrading key hardwares

There is 2 computer in my household, the older one needs to upgrade, so I am taking parts from my newer computer and pass it down, here are the specs on the key components:

Older comp:

Asus 440 BX P2B serie 100mhz
AMD 1.3 Ghz Thunderbird
Ati All-in-wonder radeon
512 ddr ram

Newer comp:

Aopen Ak79D-400MAX
AMD Barton 3000+ xp
Ati Radeon 9800+ pro 128mb
1G ddr ram forgot


If I move the hardware from the newer comp to the older comp, what can I get for my newer comp that delivers the best cost/performance ratio?
