Upgrading HP nx9010 Notebook

Hi guys,

Just wondering if you could give me some info on upgrading a HP nx9010 Notebook's memory and ATI video card. This is for a non-tech friend of mine and i have the following details:

1. The system board has an ATI Radeon IGP
2. The system has 1 memory slot used and has one memory slot available (although i'm not sure what type of memory it uses).

So basically, the questions i need answered are these:
1. Is it possible to upgrade the video card to an ATI 9500 video card, and if so, how do i do it?
2. What type of memory do i need to add an additional 256MB/512MB? Does it just use standard PC266 DDR SO-DIMMS or does it use something else?

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
PD

upgrading the memory should be no problem, it like almost all other laptops (other than the ultra mini or lightweight) use ddr sodimm memory. can't upgrade the graphics card in your laptop, or most laptops for that matter
