I might be upgrading a few things this summer to allow myself to overclock some on my 2.5ghz P4. I'm gonna use the Swiftech MCX4000-B heatsink and I'm wondering what the best fan would be for me. Noise is a concern, but it doesn't have to be silent. I was thinking:

I also want to put in a little more stable/faster video card. I have an evga ti4200 right now. Which would be better, a ti4600 or one of the FX cards? I don't wanna go with the fx9000 or something that expensive though.
