Upgrading HD in XP? Will I Get Problems?

Stupid question, but I thought I should throw this out there BEFORE I try this upgrade. Currently running XP Home with a 20GB HD with 2 10GB partitions (C,D). I'm upgrading to an 80GB HD, not sure how I'll partition it, but the main question is if I ghost my existing C and D partitions and move them over to the new HD, is XP going to want me to reactivate it?

I've heard that XP will allow you to do a certain number of hardware changes in a certain time frame before asking to re-activate it. I'm curious if HD counts as a big change and needs activation regardless. Since I've installed XP, the only thing I can think of that I've changed is the vid card from a GF2MX to a GF2MX400.

TIA.

I dunno if that will trigger the activation or not, but if you look around the net, there are ways to de-activate activation. ;)
