Question Upgrading hardware (motherboard and cpu, possibly SSD), can I mirror everything over from current build?

I'm looking to upgrade my desktop from the current build in the signature to a Ryzen 4000 build in a month or so and am curious if I'll have to resinstall everything or if I can somehow mirror all my installed software and their settings over.
