Upgrading from winamp 5.02 to 5.03

do i need to uninstall winamp 5.02 first before i install winamp 5.03? or can i just install it on top?

and when i do install the new version do i retain all my downloaded skins??

I've never had any problems just installing Winamp over the previous installation. All my settings and plug-ins/skins stay too.
