Upgrading from Sandy Bridge-E to Haswell 5960x

I have right now a E5 2690 C2 with 32gb and 2x GTX 980TI
Would i see any benefits upgrading to a 5960x or 5930k?

The computer is use for Casual Gaming on 65 inch 4k Tv,Movies,Some go pro edit and 3D Cad.

An 8-core Ivy Bridge-EP Xeon sounds like it'd be a better bet, assuming your board supports them. That way all you'd have to replace is the CPU, whereas with the 5960X you'd also have to replace the motherboard and memory.
