Upgrading for WoW

Yeah, mid range graphics can max WoW in most cases. Better cards can still help in some situations (everyone using their spells at once in a 25 man raid, or in large battleground clashes). In addition to CPU being the most important factor, a SSD is one of the nicest upgrades for any MMO. Say goodbye to stuttering and hicccups with that. SSD prices continue to plummet as well which is nice.

I've never had a problem during raids but OMG put all 80 players on the bridge in AV casting and running all over the place and I don't care how good your card is you're going to stutter.

Oh, I run a 6870 and there's nothing I can't run with it so far. When the time comes that it does I'll just Xfire another one.
