I have a 2.2GHz (E2200), ECS 945GCT-M v.3, and ATI HD3650. 2GB RAM. I've noticed that this configuration struggles with anything HD on Youtube.

I want to run 1080 streaming videos without upgrading the motherboard, or if the motherboard, then something very affordable.

I'm thinking of upgrading the CPU to E8400 (3.0GHz), but not sure what to upgrade the video card to. I got the HD3650 because it's about 6.5 inches long. My HTPC case can't handle more than 7.5 inches, and the typical high power video cards are longer than that.

Any good video cards that will work, or any other upgrade possibilities?

Just get a GT630 or 730.

Edit: Actually, any GT610, GT620, GT720, or the the aforementioned cards would work, if it's just 1080P videos. Get whichever is cheapest.
