Upgrading dual AMD rig, opinions wanted

Time has come to give my main machine a bit of loving, let me know what you guys think about all this... questions comments, anything, is always welcome :)

case: Antec sx1030b >>> Coolermaster ATC-201b-sx2
cdrw: Liteon 24x >>> Plextor PX-W4824TA/BPS/ 48x24x48
dvd: 16x Pioneer slot load (will stay the same, atleast for the moment)
hd: 2x 80gig WD SE 8meg >>> (keeping origional two) 2x 80gig WD SE 8meg. total of 4
ram: 768meg Crucial ddr2100 registered >>> 1024meg Crucial ddr2100 registered (adding 1 256 module)
procs: 2x 1.4 TBirds >>> 2x AMD MP2400+
video: msi gf4 ti4600 128meg dual dvi (will stay the same)
sound: creative audigy plat. ex (will stay the same)
dvdrw: haven't decided exactly, willing to spend < $250 (suggestions? :))
monitor: 2x dell p1110 21" CRT >>> 2x 18" dell 1800FP LCD
mobo: tyan s2460 (will stay the same)
speakers: Klipsch 5.1 (will stay the same)

well? :)

ya, sweet, thx, don't need to be told proper forum etiquette. i'm anxious to place this order and get it done with, before i change my mind ;) and want to know what people think.

What exactly do you plan on doing with your system? If you think that those 2 2400+ based processors are going to function for more than a few months. I doubt it. The 2460's 20pin connector will suffer from a melt down with those processors on there. It's hard to actually answer your question without an application to base it off of. Your setup doesn't look anymore different than a basic system setup, even with the migration you mentioned. It's KISS,

it's pretty much a general use system... lots of photoshop/imageready, flash/dreamweaver, planning on getting into video editing, a media server for the apartment (hooked up to our home theatre system for music and movies) and it runs my DAoC buffbot accounts while i play :D
