Upgrading drivers a good idea?

Bought an A8n-e about 3 months ago, and installed the drivers on the disk it came with.
My question is: should I upgrade the Nvidia chipset drivers, and get the latest BIOS? or stick with the ones I have?

I have no "issues" at the present time, it's just that I upgraded my ATI video card drivers and there was a huge performance gain - I'm hoping for the same from a motherboard driver upgrade.

Any thoughts?
 
video drivers can give you much better gains for games than chipset drivers. It might help a little bit but probably not much.
