Upgrading CPU/MB/Memory - Memory Question

I'm going to be soon upgrading to a Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 with a Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 motherboard. Everything else in my system is great but I will need new ram.

So my question to you folks is what is the best RAM for this system. I will definitely be overclocking this system, so when looking for RAM, what should I be looking for? The timings? What exactly should I be looking for in the timings?

I'll be going with 2x1GB sticks and have seen a lot of different recommendations. I've seen Corsair recommended as well as this stuff - OCZ System Elite PC2-6400 2x 1024 MB, CAS 5-5-5-15.

I'm not 100% sure on what exactly I should be looking for when I get RAM for this system and was hoping you folks could give me some pointers on what I should be paying attention to. If you guys need any more information from me to help with your advice just ask and I will post it. Thanks in advance for any help!

C'mon people...there has to be someone out there that can point me in the right direction.

I'm not asking for a 2 page review, just some recommendations on personal experience.

Corsair's OCZ System Elite PC2-6400 is really nice, I'm running just the Pentium D..overclocked, and i'm using what I believe is just an older model of that corsair RAM, and its been amazing.
