Ok, I think I have decided on my computer upgrade, Let me know if you see anything out of place:

Motherboard: DFI LANPARTY UT SLI-DR - $178 *might get Ultra-D*
CPU: A64 3700+ (San Diego) - $325
Heatsink: Thermalright XP-90 - $30
CPU Fan: Panaflo 90mm M1 - $13
RAM: Crucial 2x1GB DDR400 - $219
Video Card: BFG 7800GTX - $532
PSU: Seasonic S12-500 500W - $134

Case:
Lian-Li PC-7B Plus (120mm back) - $119 *current top choice*
Silverstone TJ04 - $115
Cooler Master Praetorian PAC-T01-EK - $115

Oh, and Nexus case fans (2x120mm, 1x80mm) - $50

I also already have a NEC-3500 DVD-RW and Maxtor Diamondmax 10 300GB hdd. What case would you suggest (preferably in that price range)? Also I do plan on overclocking.

Lemme just say that is a hell of a system. My compliments.

I'd suggest OCZ Platinum Revision 2 for the RAM.

Go with the Ultra-D. Apparently it's still possible to mod the motherboard.

Damn, that's a nice system.

I'd go with an Enermax PSU to cut costs a bit (still amazing quality) and get an Antec P180 for the case. The Praetorian is also a great choice (get a fan controller if you get the Praetorian).

Well ya, it pretty much is with the exception of the harddrive and dvd-rw. I don't really like my current case (Antec Lanboy) and I think the PSU could use some upgrading (350W).

I would get a Sparkle FSP550-60PLG for the PSU. I think directron has it for a good price. ewiz does too I think.

Yea, I've also been considering this one as well. I originally scratched it because it is slightly oversized and had problems fitting into the Antex P180 which was a case I was looking at earlier. Since I have decided to go with a case which is more LAN friendly I'll take another look at it.
