Upgrading cell phone with Cingular

Do they haggle in the storess? How about on the phone? What will get me by best deal?

Tell them you'll buy a lot of accessories if they lower the price, then just return the accessories the next day.

Maybe i'll try the accessories thing...but i'd prefer just some haggling and a bit of threatening to go to tmobile or verizon.

I may also call in and say i'll sign up for some data or text packages if they give me a better discount. I might try this in store, too.

I just want a $100 phone for as cheap as I can get it.

Just went through this, online is best. Also there is no more Cing. as far as I know, its all ATT now.
