Upgrading Case, PSU, and Mobo - recommendations?

Well for the passed few months I've been upgrading my pc in sections. The last pieces of the puzzle are the Case, PSU, and motherboard.

I'm now running a soltek kt333 in a working-class case with poor air flow. The PSU I think is a 300 watt allied. I very surprised at the allied keeping the voltages steady with all the stuff i have connected to my tower.

I'm ultimately going to go with nforce. I know I should wait until the nforce 3 comes out, but since I'll be removing everything from the case.... a soltek nforce 2 75MRN2-L would be nice, but 90 dollars is 90 dollars spent.

PSU I heard people having mixed troubles between enermax and antec. As for what wattage I should shoot for, I have no idea. If my 300 watt allied can handle all my pc components now, I expect nothing more with a 300 watt true power psu.

As for a case, I'm leaning towards a cooler master. I do not know the main differences between the types the sell on newegg.com however.

I do not want to spend over 300-350 dollars on these parts!

Take a look at the Antec Sonata case. Its about $105 but it comes with a 380W PSU, has sufficient air flow unless you overclock a lot. You should look at the Gigabyte nforce2 board and the Asus A7n8X Deluxe boards, both I hear are very good.

Most Cooler Master cases are in the $200 range, so I don't think you wanna use up so much of your budget on one of those. I love my Chieftec Dragon. I bought it from Newegg at a very reasonable price. It has plenty of room, I get great case temps (usually 30 degrees), and there are plenty of places to mount case fans.

As far as power supplies, I would go for an Antec TruePower. My True480 has done me very well, is very quiet, and gets a glowing review every time I see a power supply roundup.
