Upgrading an Old System

I have an old agp based system here that is in need of a new video card.The pc has an OEM version of Windows XP Home installed.Now my question is,will it break any restrictions of the OEM license if i do replace the video card and leave everything else as is?

I forgot to mention that the current display adapter installed (6800GT) is no longer available.
 
That should be 100% OK. It's possible it might trigger a reactivation if there've been other changes since the prior activation was done, but you will be entitled to reactivate.
