corsair xms ddr400 512mb
wd 160gb hd
ati radeon 9800 pro aiw
zalman 7000 alcu
antec truepower 480w
liteon 52x cd burner
asus a7n8x deluxe motherboard


i'm thinking of going water cooling also..

I just like to know of what will your budget be for a newer rig

probably around $350.. i'm looking only to upgrade the motherboard, the cpu, and probably another stick of ram

Are you sure? if your going to choose that kind of setup, mind as well sell some of your parts to built enough cash for a new vid card, a pci-e. A sock. 939 these days comes in PCI-e (which I recommend) but also with an agp (which is still good).
