1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing. WoW, pretty much it lol.
2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread Max budget is $120
3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from. Canada
4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc. Don't really care.
5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are. Im upgrading so i plan on using most
6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads. Ive done some research on newegg, but havent looked up anything here.
7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds. nope
8. What resolution YOU plan on gaming with. 16x9
9. WHEN do you plan to build it? in under one month
My computers current specs:
2.3ghz cpu dual core
2gb ddr2 ram
250W PSU
Onboard GPU
I want to upgrade my GPU. Ive recently come across $100 or so bucks that i can filter out on to upgrading this rig. I get like 20fps in WoW, and i believe the main thing holding me back is my gpu.
So if you guys have any GPU/PSU upgrades that would fit in under $120. Please help =]
