the best price i got over the phone was 200. Do you think they could do better.

It's for work. We pay for our own phones only and can renew for 2 years. Weve been a tmobile customer since 00.

Any tricks for over the phone. I've asked to talk to a retention specialist, etc. even threatened to run to sprint. They just dont seem to care 🙁
