I have a Pentium II 400MHz machine which I would like to upgrade. I have been advised that I might be able to install an adapter which would convert my Slot 1 motherboard to accept Pentium III's and Celerons up to a speed of 1GHz. However, I have been told I need to upgrade my Flash BIOS. Unfortunately, my machine is manufactured by Dell and the only information they can provide me is that it uses a 440BX AGP chipset. Is that enough to upgrade my Flash BIOS?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you
