Upgrading a My Book?

Anyone know how easy or hard it is to crack open a My Book and replace the hard drive with something larger? I understand there is some software on it that autorun looks for? Can i get that from somewhere else to put onto the drive?
 
I'm sure there is someone out there that has upgraded the drive if it's possible. Phrase a terse, natural-lanuage question at ask.com and see what hits you get - something like this: How would I upgrade the hard drive on a "My Book"?
