Denmark or Toledo? I've looked at the denmark CPUs and noticed that all opteron HTs are listed at 1000Mhz but all athlon HTs are listed at 2000Mhz, why?

You can ignore the HT speed. All socket 939 systems run at a stock 1Ghz HT clock, bidrectionally. Sometimes this gets advertised as 2Ghz. It's so inconsequential on a single socket system (tests have shown anything above 300Mhz or so HT speed has no measurable performance change) that you can ignore it completely.
Denmark Opterons will typically overclock better than Toledo Athlon 64 X2s, but otherwise as long as they are at the same clock speed there is no real difference.
