upgraded to A7V now my tv reception with WinTV is horrible

I just upgraded my K7M and tbird 900 to A7V and tbird 1Ghz and now my tv reception with my WinTV is really really fuzzy and I can't even make some channels. I have it hooked up to the cable in my room.

Another weird thing is that the reception seems to get better the higher the channel.

Also one of the channels come in crystal clear. channel 17.

Someone please help me!
