Upgraded to 12Gb RAM: Still Stuttering!

I've been running with pagefile turned off since winxp days days (1-2gb ram systems). For win7 I used it first on a 6gb system, then 12gb with no issues. The only noticeable difference with pagefile being turned off is that you won't get a crash report if you somehow manage to bluescreen windows (these days it's pretty much impossible to do that, unless you have malfunctioning hardware).
