Upgraded our internet connection

So we doubled our T1 connection to 3mbps. My boss complains to a colleague that it's no faster. Of course the site she viewed was ALWAYS freaking slow. She tells my colleague the money to upgrade our connection wasn't worth it. I tell ya, people are never happy!

Then tell her to learn how the internet works and that there are multiple connections all over the world.
