upgrade?

hey all, my question is.. would it be ok to pop in a 8800gtx in my current system, and have the card run like a dream? current setup---> p4 3.2 prescott sitting in my asus p5ad2-e 2gigs corsair xms.. or should i upgrade my cpu/mobo first?

Don't be fooled, however, into thinking you need to go out and get a C2X in order to get an 8800gtx. DX10 games are still heavily gpu based and the difference between the e6400 and the x6800 is ~10 fps. Not worth $700 by any means.
