Upgrade video card to 9600...Yes/No?

Ok, I'm on about a 150 dollar budget and I want a faster card. Right now I have a Radeon 8500 64 meg. I'm looking into getting a 9600 non pro. Will I notice an increase in frame rate signifigantly over my 8500 right now? Or should I wait?

Is it worth upgrading? Read the benches here and at Tomshardware to decide. As always if you can wait another 6 months you can buy a faster card for the same price, but then you'll miss 6 months of better gaming.
