Upgrade to XP or not? Is it worth the hassle??

I have the following system running Win98SE (I posted this before in a multiquestion thread but nobody responded):

Abit KT7
Geforce2 MX400
Soundblaster Live Value
Studio DV PCI Firewire card
Netgear PCI NIC
Hollywood+ DVD Card
ATI TV Wonder card
ISA Scanner card for HP5P

The system is running flawlessly right now. I use it mainly for gaming and video editing. I got a copy of Win XP Pro for cheap from my friend who works at Microsoft. Is it worth the hassle to upgrade and risk messing up my delicately balanced system (if it ain't broke don't fix it)? I only say this because it took so much work tweaking and moving cards around, etc... to get everything working together properly.

It is 100X better than 98 🙂 But, I would invest in a nive mobo/cpu/VC upgrade before I do it 🙂

If your SE is stable like mine is, keep it.

I won't upgrade to XP because I will lose my HammerheadFX gamepad, and Interact has no plans to support XP for the HammerheadFX(non-USB version).. and Win98SE is very stable for my everyday use. When XP becomes a necessity, then I will move to it. You could always dual boot too
