Upgrade to Windows 7

I would like to upgrade to Windows 7 but however I also want to eventually update my PC and change my motherboard/ram/CPU (it's about that time again where this PC feels like it's going to die). If I upgrade to Windows 7 and then upgrade my hardware will Windows 7 lock me out?
