Upgrade to TextPad 5 lost context menu command

I have used TextPad for years, v. 4.7, and finally got around to upgrading to 5.0.3, it was free with my current license. All went fine but now the Windows Explorer context menu command "TextPad" for opening selected files does nothing. As if the registry setting that used to connect the menu to the exe got lost. I still have the 4.7 installer and can go back if I cant solve this one. I have searched the Registry (XP Pro) and find nowhere that is evident as the place where I tell it to use the new TextPad 5/TextPad.exe.

I already have all the file types I use TextPad for set up to call it.

But there are often files of an unknown type that I want to open with TextPad, and this is a puzzler. The Open with -> TextPad works.

Curious

Thanks
