Well, I finally sent my #$%%^#$ Tyan Thunder K7 back to newegg and they gave me $236 credited back to my card for it (paid $319). That was the worst motherboard I've ever owned... huge, needed a "special" power supply, would lock up when running two cpus (even with 5 fans blowing air through the case).
So I went down to PC Club and picked up an MSI K7D Master (AMD762 chipset) and a new 400w PS and I get to put it all together tonight. I've been without my PC for over a week and have been doing everything from my home Win2k server. I am going through bf1942 withdrawals! 😛
I can't wait to fire this puppy up!! Yipee! 😀
