upgrade suggestions

looking for new vid card (with TV out), new hd, new cd-r and dvd rom

any suggestions??? looking to spend from 400-500 ??

current specs for my comp are

YAMAHA CRW8824S (burner)
512 sd ram pc 133
geforce 2 gts
western digital 40 GB and 20GB
50x cd rom
TYAN S1854 Trinity 400 motherboard
P3 Intel 733

The only advice I can give you is for the video card... and it depends if you need zippy 3D for games and all. Because if you don't, and all you want is high quality and performance 2D graphics for Windows with excellent video output quality, then look for Matrox products. I'm not sure about their latest, but the G450 I've got as well as all of its predecessors gave by far the best video quality of consumer products.
