Hey Felix, how is Sony's customer support these days? I ask because whenever I had to deal with them, it was nightmarish. Abysmal service and unbelievably long periods of time to get anything done.

Worst customer service I have EVER encountered and this is not an exaggeration.
I was a System Admin and had to deal with over 1500 users, each having a different PC.

I dunno, I havent had to call them. That's very surprising for such a large worldwide concern, however. I think the last time I had to deal with the Sony warranty team was 1999 with a CRT. They have a national service center about an hour away, and besides the drive, wernt much of a hassle. But that was seven years ago.
