The original RAM label is this:

The maximum memory supported is 32 GB so I want buy 2 modules of RAM Memory
G.Skill RipJaws 16GB in Amazon

But I can't find the original RAM CL to make sure that G.Skill's CL 19 is compatible.

Can anyone help me?

32gb seems low for a DDR 4 setup.

The CL doesn't make a huge difference for compatibility.

If you buy from Amazon and it doesn't work you just send it back and try something different.

From what I gather, this is a SFF desktop with 2 SODIMM slots? You should be fine with the GSkill, it doesn't need to match the original RAM. Simply buy 2 16GB DDR4 SODIMMs, as long as they are the same, they should work.
