I have a Whinchester 3200+, but it doesnt wanna oc past 15% without a large volt increase. My question is would it be better to buy a new HS/F and a 3000+ Venice, or a new HS/F on the 3200+? Thanks in advance!

if you REALLY want to upgrade now, probably the 3000+, unless the 3200+ is within $10.
