Upgrade problems?

For some reason, most of the day today, I keep getting pages that look like this:

instead of the usual style. WTF? Hopefully, this is something that will be fixed soon...

Not sure what to tell you, I can't replicate the problem. We're not doing any additional upgrades at the moment though.

I've been getting that for a long time, though it only happens once a week or so. Pages aren't fully loading.

It's clearly a css problem... the stylesheet isn't loading.

Just refresh.

Unfortunately refreshing the page isn't helping...I suspect the problem is on my end...something in IE giving me problems...Must be about time for a re-format.
Edit...getting the same issues with Firefox too...maybe NOT an IE problem...

I was getting that a lot a few days ago when Sprint and Level3 were having issues. It was happening on most sites, though.

Happens here much of the time, and intermittantly on a couple of reefing sites I frequent. Getting pretty annoying, whatever the cause is.

I've had that happen too with various versions of FF. It's been happening for several years for me, although only about 5-6 times in total. Refreshing always fixed it though.

I don't recal it ever happening anywhere other than AT forums.
