Upgrade or not?

I won an MSI Intel P4 MB but I'm currently using AN AMD System. My question is if it is worth it to dump the AMD system with an XP2000 (I mean change MBs) and uograde to an Intel P4 CPU. I mostly use the PC for office use and internet. If I'm going to play games then it's along the lines of AOE and not games which need heavy CPU use.
Is it worth upgrading just for the sake of it.

No, this just gives you a reason to make a new computer... Or I would say try and sell or trade off that brand new motherboard for a new chip for your amd board or somethings sweet for your computer?

Yeah, I never thought of that. I suppose it's the better option. Upgrade to a better AMD.

Your better off just getting a Barton 2500+ and a nice Nforce 2 board
