okay simple enough question, but I'm a bit behind the times 😛
my current video card:
=Sapphire 9500 non-pro
=128mb DDR
=277mhz core
=270mhz memory
=does not softmod to 8 pipes (can only run the default 4)
=max overclock reached = 390core/320memory
a solid card for games that the wife plays (sims2, myst, etc) @ 800x600
but I'm looking to move forward finally and get into Doom 3, Far Cry, Star Wars, etc. @ 1024x768 or better
my budget is roughly $100 plus whatever I can get out of selling my 9500.
wish I could have more money, but that's all I can set aside (bills/life gets pricey)
