Upgrade Options from MSI-KT3, Athlon XP+ 2400, AGP Geforce 6800.

Well, my trusty setup has lasted me with minor upgrades for the past two years. However, I think it's about time to retire it and go for something better. As it's difficult to find any Athlon XP Socket A CPU's anymore, my old MSI KT3-Ultra (Via333 chipset?) is pretty much obselete. I need some suggestions on what to get. The GeForce 6800 is less than 2 months old, I thought it would help me get through the rest of this year, but I'm hitting CPU bottlenecks on BF2. I've already overclocked both the CPU and video card, so I'm at the peak I can reach with this machine. This problem all started when I picked up a Dell 2005 monitor. I needed an upgraded video card to handle the widescreen resolutions. Oh well. Options?

Background:
-I'm a big AMD fan, and I think I'd like to go with a socket 939 option.
-I'd rather not get rid of the video card, but it's AGP, and most socket 939 boards are PCI-E.
-I'm going to stick with my PATA HD's for now, but I need PATA RAID 1 (dual 250GB).
-I'd like to keep using my existing RAM if possible, Kingstom DDR 3200.

Anandtech had a recent article on the new ULi boards, but I know there are some older socket 939 motherboards with AGP support (No PCI-E).

I recently upgraded to the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum which had been discussed in here a lot. It works nicely with the X2 3800 I bought, though I had to flash the bios - it powered up and asked for a bios flash disk. This board is socket 939 with AGP (but no PCIe), has both PATA and SATA. Check on MSI's website to see if Kingston has been tested by them.
