Upgrade on the System...Memory/MB/CPU?

I've been looking into upgrades for my PC. I know im definitely going to get one of those new Modular PSU's iwth the window and stuff.

Here's the ordeal:

IC7-G MAXII ADVANCE
2.53GHz P4 (I already have this....Should I upgrade to a 3.0E?)
1GB Mem (I already have a 512 stick of Corsair PC3500...with the 800mhz FSB, is it smart to buy memory at PC3200 if Im overclocking? I like to keep the Timings low in my memory so I dont think 4000 would be the best. I'll probably buy the 1GB and sell the 512mb stick.)

I already have my beloved 9800Pro 😀

First and foremost, what do you use your pc for?

Gaming mainly. Mostly Doom 3 and other memory and video intense games.

your system looks very fast. if i were you, i would wait on the upgrade. however, if you have to upgrade, i'd suggest upgrading the video card.

I like my card...How much better can they get other than the X series?
