Upgrade on Radeon HD 5450?

What is a good upgrade on the Radeon HD 5450? I want a high end card like the GTX460, but I'm not sure what is the best to get considering price, etc.

Please could you tell me how much of the PSU it uses, also.

Do you have an OEM system? If so pop open the case and see how much room you have to work with, or simply list the make and model number. If it's not OEM, then list your current PSU and processor.

For a card like the GTX 460, you want at least 400W of power. But the rest of your system, namely the processor, also factors into this equation.
