Upgrade my video card or CPU?

This is what I have now:

Athlon 2100+ (266)
1GB PC2700 @ 333
Nvidia Geforce4 Ti4400 128MB

What would be the best upgrade for doom3/half-life 2?
A Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB, or an Athlon 3000+ (333)

I'm thinking the 9800 Pro would be a better overall upgrade, what do you guys think?
Oh and I have an ASUS A7V333 and I'm 80% sure I can upgrade to a 333Mhz FSB CPU with a BIOS update but does anyone know for sure? (FSB goes up to 200+ Mhz in BIOS)
Thanks!

you can do a 333fsb. hence the motherboard model A7V333. meaning it's capable of a 333 fsb. i say get an x800 or 6800gt and just overclock your 2100 a tad. i'm sure you can squeeze some juice out of that bad boy.

I can't afford anything over a 9800Pro, and plus nothing faster than that will help with my CPU as the bottleneck. The 2100+ won't overclock much as it's a Palomino core and runs 60 C idle in the summer time. So it's basically a 9800 Pro or a 3000+ upgrade.

Well I actually just ordered both for $304 shipped so I guess that solves my little problem. I didn't know the CPU was going for so cheap! Thanks for the input, I can't wait to play Doom3 now!
