I have only onboard sound and I have Creative inspire t10.
I am on a budget 60 us dollar.
So how do I get most of my money?
upgrade one or both, and what is best buy?
I apreaseate the help

Given the speakers you have, I'm not sure there's much you can do. You'd probably get better sound with a quality set of headphones for $60 (and that means no Beats)

For 60 bucks I would probably head to the nearest big box store and get logitechs $50-60 2.1 speaker set. They are pretty darn good for the money (it's east to make tinny satalite speakers sound good with a subwoofer). At this quality level don't worry about replacing your motherboard sound.

giant, nah, the logitech 2.1's are pretty impressive. The speakers are nothing special but adding that sub woofer makes a HUGE difference. I currently use the 313 in place of a speaker bar for a TV and it's great. My hi-fi system is kinda tied to my PC.

If you really need PC speakers try Craigslist for a used set of Klipsch Pro Media 2.1. I've seen them well under $100 so just up that budget a tiny amount and you'll get them. I don't own them but I've heard them and they're not bad for PC speakers.
