I have a QDI KINETIZ 7B motherboard with an Athlon Thunderbird (900Mhz) on it. I would like to change my processor without change my mobo. I know that some Sempron can go on Socket A. Can these Sempron go on my motherboard?

depends... a simple bios flash should allow for compatibility.. check the manufacturers page to see if there is a newer bios which supportws it
 
I dont think your motheboard will be able to do the 333MHz FSB that is required for those semprons.
