Upgrade my Asus A7N266-C to the max???

What is the best I can sup this up too?
I would like an AIW Radeon in this but it is only AGP 4X so will the cards be slow on it????if they are agp 8x?

512 PC 2100
G2 MX400 64 MB that is whack
IBM 120 GXP 120 GB + 40 GB Maxtor+ 10GB Pioneer DVD ROM and lite on 32X burner
