Upgrade Memory on a Dimension 5150

I see that crucial and corsair have their recommended memory for the Dimension 5150 but I was wondering if this would work. It has cas 4 at PC4200 which is the right speed. I was also thinking about Cas 3 at PC3200. Which would u recommend? And do you think valueram would work? or should i just spend the extra money and go with the recommended rams?
