Upgrade memory for Dell 600m Question?

Dell Inspiron 600M
Pentium M
1.60GHz
598 MHz, 512 MB of RAM

I'm not too familiar with memory upgrade and compatibility. Will the "Crucial 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200 - OEM Model# CT6464Z40B" be compatible with my system and if so, will it be a good upgrade? Any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

*Any suggestions on what to upgrade to make my notebook run smoother and faster (mainly for school-use), because I noticed that it slows down when I'm running a few applications at the same time?
 
Crucial's site allows you to search by laptop model. I would bet that your laptop has 2 256mb SODIMM's, so you would have to get 2 512's to get to 1gb.
