Upgrade horizon: September 2001

I am used to upgrading my PC every 6 months or so. But due to getting married, buying a house, laser eye surgery, etc, I will not be able to upgrade my PC until September. I thought it would be fun to predict what I can upgrade to with my budget of $750.00 dollars.

My current rig:

1) Asus P3BF w/ a 600E OC'ed to 800 <- Upgrade needed
2) Asus Geforce1 SDR <- Upgrade needed
3) 256 megs of mixed CAS3 memory <- Upgrading mobo will probably mean new memory
4) Adaptec 39160 U160 with: <- No upgrade needed
- Quantum Atlas 10K2 36 Gig
- Plextor 32X
5) Intel 10/100 NIC <- No upgrade needed
6) SB Live Value/Monsoon Flat Panels <- no upgrade needed,
unless surround sound is warranted
7) Generic ATX mid tower, roomy and 3 fans <- will upgrade PS if needed

So, it looks like I will have around $750.00 dollars to upgrade the processor, memory, motherboard, and video card. I play mostly online games like Quake3, UT, etc. Any suggestions on what I should start looking into?
